About the Journal
Jurnal Kimia Unand (J. Kim. Unand) has been registered with the number ISSN: 2303-3401 (print). Jurnal Kimia Unand is a peer-reviewed journal in the field of chemistry and applied chemistry, published by the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Andalas, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. The Publishing frequency is two issues per year, in May and October. The criteria of the submitted article cover the following types of the article as follows:
1. Communication presents a brief but complete description of an investigation.
2. Research article presents research results on a specific topic in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry.
3. Review article (Based on Editor's Invitation).
The scope of this journal includes:
- Organic synthesis and natural product chemistry
- Materials synthesis and characterization
- Synthesis of organic and inorganic compounds
- Theoretical and computational chemistry
